Our Facilities

Point Hope Maritime caters to Commercial Vessels and Yachts in lengths ranging from 60 feet to medium-sized ocean capable ships. Shipyard facilities include a 1200 ton marine railway and turntable, 600 feet of on-land spurs, 200 ton floating drydock, 900 feet of deep water berthing fully serviced with compressed air, potable water, 480V, 250A 3 phase shore-power, telephone and cable.

Also available is a fully serviced 350 foot service jetty rated for highway loading and a 15,000 square foot climate-controlled assembly and fabrication building. Metal fabrication and machine shop services are provided by United Engineering Ltd., a Point Hope Maritime associate company.

Point Hope Maritime's upper harbour facilities are a comfortable 10 minute walk from the world-renowned Empress Hotel and Hospitality attractions. Accommodations for crew and family can be arranged.
